If you're using Zoom for remote meetings and making use of eScribe for its meeting management functionality, you can set iSiLIVE as a Custom Streaming Service to broadcast and record meetings as you normally would in any other scenario.

(Take note that this option is only available to Zoom Pro, Business, Education, or Enterprise accounts -- please see Zoom's Support Document regarding Live Streaming Meetings or Webinars Using a Custom Service)

When you go to Configure Custom Streaming Service, please use the following values:

Stream URL: rtmp://cdnX.isilive.ca/liverepeater/_definst_ (where X is replaced by the CDN server assigned to your encoder -- please confirm with Support)

Stream Key: client_id/stream_id (where client_id is your iSi username, and stream_id is the stream name assigned to your encoder -- please confirm with Support)

Live Streaming URL: http://video.isilive.ca/play/client_id/stream_id (where client_id and stream_id are as above)

You can leave the two checkboxes unchecked. Save your changes, and your custom streaming solution is ready to go.
